The subject of this work is the sea. Although there are two cliffs in the foreground, it is the sea that is the true protagonist, rendered in an unusual and evocative way, as it vaguely recalls the dynamism of Klimt’s brushstrokes.

The setting is once again in Salento, a place of choice for the artist.
