My research focuses on examining the concept of identity as a multifaceted, reflexive,
archaeological, anthropological, spiritual, creative, and evolutionary process.
My practice encourages observers to contemplate how this process of self-conception
occurs even prior to conscious awareness; consequently, it develops within human
consciousness and influences our perception of both the internal and external worlds.
Collective imaginaries, tribes, subcultures, and other groups also shape and transform
the identities of the environments we inhabit. Therefore, we create ourselves, we
modify the environment, but the environment also inevitably alters us back. It is an
ongoing process of identification and de-identification, subject to ongoing
interventions.
