Strength is certainly not tied to physical appearance, but rather to one’s state of mind. Each of us lives with and carries our own battles, and from them we draw strength. The ability not to bend in the face of difficulties is what makes us strong.

This concept is reinforced by the color red, which represents strength, courage, energy, passion, and movement.
However, true strength cannot be fully expressed without inner balance, stability, trust, reliability, and coherence (blue).
